1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account on mslms, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use the platform.

2. Eligibility

  • You must be at least 18 years old to use mslms.
  • You must be genuinely seeking marriage and using the platform in good faith.
  • You must provide truthful and accurate information in your registration, preferences, and interview answers.

3. The Matchmaking Process

By using mslms, you understand and consent to the following:

  • You will be asked to answer interview questions. Your responses may be recorded via video and audio, transcribed, and analyzed by AI to assess your personality and compatibility.
  • Our system will generate potential matches based on your answers, personality profile, and stated preferences.
  • All matches are reviewed by a human administrator before approval. mslms reserves the right to approve or reject any match at its sole discretion.
  • Upon match approval, both parties will be notified via email and/or phone and given access to a private chat room on the platform.
  • Limited profile information (such as age and compatibility summary) may be shared with your matched partner. Your full interview recordings are never shared.

4. Consent to Contact

By registering and providing your email address and phone number, you consent to being contacted by mslms for the following purposes:

  • Notifying you about potential matches.
  • Following up on your matchmaking progress or experience.
  • Sending important account or platform updates.
  • Reaching out if we are unable to contact you via one channel (e.g., using phone if email is unresponsive).

You may opt out of non-essential communications at any time by contacting us or deactivating your account.

5. User Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Provide false, misleading, or deceptive information about yourself.
  • Use the platform for any purpose other than genuinely seeking a marriage partner.
  • Harass, abuse, threaten, or behave inappropriately toward other users or staff.
  • Share, distribute, or misuse another user's personal information obtained through the platform.
  • Create multiple accounts or impersonate another person.
  • Attempt to circumvent, exploit, or reverse-engineer any part of the platform.

Violation of these rules may result in immediate account suspension or permanent ban without prior notice.

6. User Safety and Protection

  • All communication between matched users takes place within the platform. We do not share personal contact details (phone, email) directly with other users.
  • You may report any user for inappropriate behavior. We take all reports seriously and will investigate promptly.
  • You may block or stop communication with any match at any time.
  • If you feel unsafe at any point, contact us immediately and we will take appropriate action.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the mslms platform, including the design, code, algorithms, and branding, is the property of mslms. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of the platform without written permission. Your submitted content (interview responses) remains yours, but you grant mslms a license to use it for matchmaking and platform improvement purposes.

8. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

  • mslms is a matchmaking facilitation service. We do not guarantee that you will find a match, nor do we guarantee the outcome of any match or relationship.
  • We are not responsible for the actions, behavior, or representations of any user, whether before, during, or after the matching process.
  • The platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
  • mslms shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.
  • You acknowledge that meeting someone in person involves inherent risks and that you take full responsibility for your own safety in any interactions outside the platform.

9. Account Termination

You may delete your account at any time. Upon deletion, all your personal data, interview recordings, and match history will be permanently removed within 30 days. mslms reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms of Service.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
